Update: About 'Eve Pearl products and refund'

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to update you guys about the 'Bad experience with Eve pearl' matter. I was contacted by the company regarding the matter. We have agreed to resolve this amicably. I was refunded the amount for the items that I shipped back to them and also the shipping cost as well. I think they took responsibility and did their part. With all said, I did not receive an apology for the way I was treated by Eve Pearl. I guess some are not that 'humble' after all. 

I would like to thank all of my wonderful Youtube viewers and blog followers for all your wonderful & encouraging comments. You guys are awesome!

My experience with this company should not deter you from buying anything from them. You should do your own research and make own decision. As I have said several times, I am not an expert in determining whether the products has bacteria or not. However, to me it's a no-go when there are spots on cream products that don't look normal. 

Anyway, it's time to move on. I don't want to dwell in the past.

  1. hey dear glad u got ur money back...I hav heard about e company thru youtubers but never been keen on buying anythn,I dislike the way they treated u&expected them2apologise....Some pple need to go back2customer service training

  3. does anyone have eve pearl's response to Uma? I am just quite shocked at this alleged behavior and I'd just like to see it for myself! Was this really Eve or was it someone working for her who posted under her name?
