Seems like I am gravitating towards pastel colors suitable for Spring these days. It's time to look forward to better and warmer weather. Here is a look using an inexpensive palette from Sleekmakeup. I like the matte shadows, they are pigmented even though sometimes a little chalky. Make it work with a good base and patience to pack on and blend the eyeshadows.
